What are your service rates?

Service rates vary depending on your location and the size of your aquarium (s). All of our rates are extremely competitive and are backed by the best guarantees in the business!

We have a 48 hr. service guarantee and a 30 day livestock guarantee! (Some restrictions apply)

 

What are your hours of operation?

Our maintenance staff is available Monday through Friday from 830a.m. until 4p.m.

How often does my aquarium need to be serviced?

The frequency of aquarium maintenance is determined by a few factors. Typically, all aquariums require a minimum of at least one water change every four weeks. However, keeping an aquarium aesthetically pleasing may require more than one visit per month resulting in weekly or bi-weekly visits. For some aquariums, frequent monitoring of certain water parameters is also necessary to keep things up-to-par.

 

Do I have to buy my own fish and supplies or do you provide them for me?

We like to consider ourselves a "one stop mobile aquarium shop". As your professional aquarium maintenance company, we will provide you will all of the supplies, foods, and livestock needed for your aquarium!

We can provide you with pictures and descriptions of hundreds of aquarium friendly fish and corals for you to choose from. All of our livestock is hand-picked by professional aquarists that are properly educated to determine whether a fish or coral is hearty and healthy enough to suit your aquarium.
